There are two primary methods to upload your web site.
File Transfer Protocol (FTP) - Use an FTP program like FileZilla, Fetch, CuteFtp, WS FTP or a FTP enabled web page(HTML) program like Dreamweaver or GoLive to upload your web site to your web server. FTP access information is provided to hosting customer during the initial setup.
Web Site Control Panel - The typical hosting package will include access to your web site Control Panel. This will allow you to upload individual files. The Control Panel is accessed using a web browswer like Internet Explorer or Firefox. It is recommended this method be used as a backup since it may take an excessive amount of time to upload files, one at a time. FTP method allows you to upload multiple files quickly. Control panel access information is provided to customers during the initial setup.
Security: FTP and Control Panel access are provided to each customer during the initial setup of their web site. If you have lost or misplaced your access please use the ticket system at http://www.nwnexus.com/netos.asp?sub=nwnexus&content=problemreport to request a copy of that access from PSNI Support.
